Channel Account Manager - Communications and Enablement
GoGuardian is seeking a Channel Account Manager to enhance partner communication and develop enablement content within its growing channel partner ecosystem. This role focuses on partner readiness and sales enablement, distinct from broader customer marketing efforts, and is integral to ensuring partners have the necessary tools and resources to effectively position and sell GoGuardian solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing communication rhythms for the partner ecosystem, such as newsletters and updates, to keep partners informed and aligned with company priorities. The role also involves creating and maintaining partner-facing enablement materials like sales decks and product overviews, supporting the development and delivery of partner training programs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and resources.
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in channel sales, channel marketing, sales enablement, or partner communications. Strong written communication skills, experience in creating enablement resources, excellent project management abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously are essential. Experience supporting partner programs or indirect sales channels is strongly preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with compensation determined by factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
