Channel Development Manager
The Channel Development Manager at Canva is a pivotal role within the Partnerships team, focusing on expanding Canva's reach through strategic reseller relationships. This position is based in Paris, France, and involves collaborating with leading technology platforms, agencies, and ecosystem players to integrate Canva into various organizational workflows, thereby amplifying the company's mission of enhancing visual communication globally.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of resellers across Europe, driving growth and performance within the reseller network. The role entails prospecting and onboarding new reseller partners, implementing comprehensive partner enablement strategies, and creating business plans with clear goals and metrics for joint success. Additionally, the manager will deliver training programs, develop co-branded campaigns, and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive increased revenue and market share.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel management, partnership development, or business development, particularly with large resellers or channel sales. A proven track record of managing successful reseller programs, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce are essential. Fluency in French and English is required, with additional European languages considered advantageous.
