Channel Sales Manager- Bilingual in French
The Reseller Channel Partnerships team at Square is dedicated to defining, establishing, and scaling the company's growth through channel distribution partners. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Square's reach by developing strategic partnerships within the Global Reseller Community. This position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to influence company leadership.
Your primary responsibility will be to recruit and onboard new resellers, focusing on driving the distribution of Square's products through these partners. You will lead all aspects of deal execution, including identifying and prioritizing targets, meeting with prospects, developing business cases, structuring deals, negotiating terms and contracts, and launching partnerships. Collaboration with internal teams across Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Legal will be essential to ensure the success of these initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in French and English and possess over eight years of experience in signing, launching, and growing distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, and VARs, resulting in measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth. A deep understanding of the Global Reseller landscape, market dynamics, and key issues is crucial. Strong analytical skills to demonstrate return on investment for partner initiatives, excellent project management abilities, and outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.
