The ideal candidate must possess a Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a highly related field. Proficiency in reading and writing both informal and professional English is essential. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational capabilities are necessary, along with solid reading comprehension skills and the capacity to exercise autonomous judgment even when presented with limited data or material.
