Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff at Interface AI, you will serve as a strategic extension of the CEO, driving focus, alignment, and execution across the company. This pivotal role involves scaling the organization, shaping cross-functional priorities, and ensuring operational excellence as the company accelerates its growth. Interface AI is a leading specialized AI provider for banks and credit unions, offering an integrated AI platform that delivers a unified banking experience through voice, chat, and employee-assisting solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to define, operationalize, and track company-wide strategic priorities and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day CEO workflows, such as inbox triage, scheduling, and follow-ups, to ensure operational efficiency. You will drive execution of high-priority initiatives across go-to-market, product, and operations teams, aligning strategic projects with business goals and ensuring key initiatives are resourced, on track, and delivering measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or equivalent roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment. Experience as a Chief of Staff in scaling organizations during Series A–C growth stages is preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, exceptional communication and analytical skills, and a high bias for action in fast-paced, ambiguous environments are essential.
Compensation for this role includes a salary and variable compensation ranging from $200,000 to $225,000, depending on experience, along with an equity package commensurate with the company's stage and impact potential.
