Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the manufacturing or automotive industries. Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations is essential. Proficiency in German and English, along with the ability to navigate large global organizations and engage effectively with senior executives, is required.
