Candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields, with a strong background in managing large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering engagements. Experience with AI-based transformations is highly desirable, along with a proven track record in change management practices and the ability to navigate large global organizations effectively.
