Client Engagement Partner - AI-Driven Transformation & Process Intelligence
As a Client Engagement Partner at Celonis, you will lead strategic customer success initiatives, driving business transformation and value realization through the adoption of our Process Intelligence Platform. This role involves collaborating with C-level executives to define long-term visions and mobilizing cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence technology, pioneering advancements in process mining and AI-driven business operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to embed Celonis into their strategic objectives. You will ensure engagements are properly staffed by leveraging resources from global cross-functional teams, mentor customers on organization design, and guide the maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption. Additionally, you will mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their success.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields, with a strong background in driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering engagements. Experience with AI-based transformation is highly desirable. You should possess deep exposure to successful change management practices, the ability to navigate large global organizations, and strong communication skills to influence key stakeholders through executive communication and industry expertise.
