Client Engagement Partner - Manufacturing / Automotive
The Client Engagement Partner role at Celonis is a pivotal position within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic clients in the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction throughout their journey with Celonis. As the global leader in Process Intelligence technology, Celonis empowers organizations to optimize their operations through advanced process mining and AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to embed Celonis into their strategic objectives. The role requires ensuring engagements are properly staffed by leveraging resources from global cross-functional teams such as Servicing, Product, and Engineering. Additionally, the Client Engagement Partner mentors customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to enhance platform adoption. Mentoring and coaching team members, providing guidance and support for their success, and offering feedback to managers on team performance are also integral parts of the role.
The position demands a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the Manufacturing or Automotive industries. Candidates should have strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations. Experience with AI-based transformation is considered a strong plus. A deep understanding of successful change management practices, the ability to navigate large global organizations, and strong communication skills are essential. The role also requires a consultative approach when engaging with senior executives and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
