Client Success Specialist
Cohere Health is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our Client Management Team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between Customer Success and other internal teams, supporting the Client Success Manager through process development, data review, and organizational support. This position offers the opportunity to cultivate relationships across client organizations, develop insights, and ensure clients receive exceptional support.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Client Success Manager with daily activities such as email correspondence, follow-ups, ticket tracking, and meeting notes. You will manage the client-facing inbox, triage incoming emails, respond to inquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution of client needs. Additionally, you will monitor and manage client-submitted support tickets, analyze client data to generate insights, and lead cross-functional projects, including external communication strategies and training material development.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in roles supporting account management or client success, with a background in healthcare and direct experience working with health plans. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite is a plus. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Project management skills, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination, are also important.
This is a fully remote opportunity with approximately 25% travel. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, as part of a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending and health savings accounts, up to 184 hours (23 days) of PTO per year plus company holidays, up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and pet insurance.
