Client Value Partner (CVP) - Manufacturing / Automotive
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a pivotal position within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic clients in the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction, aligning Celonis' solutions with clients' strategic objectives to maximize value realization.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic plans. The CVP will oversee the end-to-end customer value journey, influence key stakeholders through executive communication and industry expertise, and work with senior stakeholders to establish program roadmaps and detailed value plans. Additionally, the role involves resolving customer escalations efficiently and driving value realization and adoption within accounts to ensure high-quality project completion and client satisfaction.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the Manufacturing or Automotive industries. Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations is essential. Exposure to AI-based transformation and successful change management practices is highly desirable. The role requires the ability to navigate large global organizations, influence through data and confidence, and work effectively with internal resources to design and sell opportunities with relevant subject matter experts.
