Client Value Partner (CVP) - Utilities & Energy Industry
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a senior, strategic position within the Value Engineering team, focusing on the Utilities & Energy industry. As a CVP, you will act as the primary advisor for strategic energy companies, translating C-level visions into realized value. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to drive data-driven business transformations and ensuring customer success through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives. You will lead the end-to-end customer value journey, from landing and expanding to adoption and renewal. Additionally, you will mentor customers on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the Utilities & Energy industry. An MBA is strongly preferred. Advanced industry expertise is required, with a proven ability to understand industry trends and strategic opportunities for the C-suite. Experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and software solution deployments is essential. Strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to navigate large global organizations are also necessary.
Celonis offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $173,000 to $233,000 USD, plus bonus/commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
