Client Value Partner - Pharma/Chemicals
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a pivotal position within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic clients in the Pharma and Chemicals industries. As a CVP, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction, guiding them through their journey to realize value with Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives, and mentoring clients on the design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to enhance platform adoption. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, influencing key stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise, and driving measurable business impact across various processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the Pharma or Chemicals industries. Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations is essential. Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus, along with deep exposure to successful change management practices and the ability to navigate large global organizations.
