Client Value Partner - Pharmaceutical
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a pivotal position within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic clients in the pharmaceutical industry. As a CVP, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction, guiding them through their journey to realize value with Celonis. This role involves engaging with C-Level executives to define long-term visions for utilizing Celonis to transform business processes, while mobilizing necessary resources to achieve these goals.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives, and ensuring engagements are properly staffed with global cross-functional teams. You will mentor clients on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption. Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, influencing stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise. This includes establishing program roadmaps, resolving escalations, and driving value realization and adoption within accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations is essential. Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus. The role requires deep exposure to successful change management practices, the ability to navigate large global organizations, and strong communication skills to engage with senior executives effectively.
