Client Value Partner - Public Sector
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a pivotal position within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic customers in the Public Sector. As a CVP, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction, guiding them through their journey to realize value with Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to C-Level executives, collaboratively defining long-term visions for utilizing Celonis to transform their operations.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives, and ensuring engagements are properly staffed with resources from global cross-functional teams. You will mentor customers on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase platform adoption. Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, influencing key stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise, and driving measurable business impact across various processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the Public Sector. Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations is essential. Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus. The role requires deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices, the ability to navigate large global organizations, and the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
