Commercial Operations Analyst- Quoting
Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support both our Sales and Finance teams. This is a highly visible role where you'll play a key part in structuring complex deals and ensuring a seamless customer experience. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do next, but also values collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
In this role, you will structure and support complex commercial deals across key accounts by working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure efficient delivery and accurate financial outcomes. You'll maintain accuracy in Salesforce CRM, including custom contract terms, pricing, and discounting—with heavy use of Salesforce CPQ. Additionally, you'll build deep expertise in Axon's product catalog, bundles, pricing structures, and approval flows, becoming a trusted resource for Sales on deal formats, non-standard quote requests, Excel supplements, and custom reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in sales operations, pricing, or commercial operations. A strong finance orientation and attention to detail, particularly with numbers and data sets, are essential. Experience with CRM platform (CPQ preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFs, what-ifs, templates, etc.) are required. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, strong time management and organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset are also important.
This role is based out of our Atlanta office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
