Commercial Operations Analyst- Quoting
Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to support both our Sales and Finance teams. This is a highly visible role where you'll play a key part in structuring complex deals and ensuring a seamless customer experience. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do next, but also values collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
In this role, you will structure complex deals for key accounts by working cross-functionally with Sales and Finance to ensure efficient delivery and accurate financial outcomes. You'll build deep expertise in Axon's product catalog, bundles, and quoting tools, and support sales representatives with guidance on deal formats and non-standard quote requests. Additionally, you'll analyze existing customer contracts to identify performance obligations and ensure proper invoicing and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years in sales operations, pricing, or commercial operations. A strong finance orientation and attention to detail, particularly with numbers and data sets, are essential. Experience with CRM platform (CPQ preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, strong time management, and organizational abilities are also important.
