Content Designer (m/f/d)
As a Content Designer at Awin, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for our global customer base. Embedded within our UX team, you will collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to develop human-centered solutions that align with our mission to help customers grow their businesses online.
Your primary responsibilities will include co-leading human-centered discovery processes with Product teams to identify user contexts and define the right problems to solve. You will craft content that guides users seamlessly through our platforms, ensuring they can easily access the information they need. Additionally, you will work alongside designers to map user journeys, pinpointing key steps and potential pain points to inform the broader product and experience strategy.
To excel in this role, you should have experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer, with strong skills in writing and editing content in English. A solid understanding of user experience design principles is essential, enabling you to create content that meets user needs and enhances overall satisfaction. Proficiency in writing clear microcopy, developing content strategies that support business objectives, and ensuring consistency across various touchpoints is also required. Familiarity with accessibility requirements and the ability to create content compatible with common assistive technologies are important for this position.
