Content Marketing & Design Specialist

Osano, a B-Corporation dedicated to data privacy, is seeking a Content Marketing & Design Specialist to enhance its marketing team. This role focuses on creating high-impact content across platforms like LinkedIn, video, and design to elevate the Osano brand within its target audience. The position is based in Austin, TX, and is open to U.S.-based candidates who do not require sponsorship.

The specialist will collaborate with the Content Strategist to transform campaign briefs and ideas into polished content. Responsibilities include producing graphics, visuals, and short-form written content optimized for social channels, especially LinkedIn, as well as creating short-form video content. The role also involves supporting integrated campaigns, expanding Osano's presence on LinkedIn and YouTube, and assisting with marketing events by producing promotional content.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting, with strong writing skills, particularly for short-form and LinkedIn-optimized content. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with the ability to distill complex topics into simple, visually engaging formats. Experience in short-form video creation and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are also essential.
