Jr IT Analyst (part-time)
Osano, a mission-driven B-Corporation dedicated to data privacy, is seeking a part-time Junior IT Analyst to join their fully remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with 0–3 years of experience looking to launch their careers in IT operations, security, and cloud infrastructure. As the first point of contact for Tier 1 IT support, the Junior IT Analyst will play a key role in ensuring employees remain productive by resolving technical issues and supporting the systems the team relies on daily.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and endpoint issues, managing user accounts and access across business systems, administering Google Workspace, assisting with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, and monitoring the daily IT support queue to ensure timely resolution of employee requests. Additionally, the role involves documenting troubleshooting steps, procedures, and internal knowledge base articles, assisting with enforcing security policies, and exploring opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve IT workflows.
Candidates should have 0–3 years of IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations experience, with recent graduates encouraged to apply. Experience supporting Google Workspace or similar cloud productivity platforms, exposure to MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Kandji, or Jamf, and experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues are essential. Strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment are also required.
