Osano is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of nine Account Executives. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by introducing Osano's suite of data privacy products to a new generation of customers. The Sales Manager will join an energetic and intentional team dedicated to supporting Osano's mission and values.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and executing quarterly and annual sales plans, supporting the sales team during prospect meetings, presentations, and negotiations, and conducting regular forecast reviews. They will own the team's quarterly quota, develop strategies to achieve it, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Additionally, the role involves collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience managing and leading a team of Account Executives, along with prior experience as an Account Executive in an enterprise SaaS environment. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Force Management is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a remote environment, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Experience in governance, risk, compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity is advantageous but not required.
