Contracts Manager - Operations

The Contracts Manager - Operations at AirTrunk is responsible for overseeing contract management within Property Operations across regions in Japan, including Kanto and Kansai. This role involves collaborating with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region to ensure efficient contract administration and support for data center operations.

Key responsibilities include negotiating and drafting contracts, managing vendor relationships, and providing guidance on commercial and contract issues throughout the data center lifecycle. The Contracts Manager will also handle contract variations, conduct vendor performance reviews, and resolve disputes to maintain operational excellence.

Candidates should possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent commercial business experience, with extensive senior-level contract management experience. Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing facility management contracts is required, while previous data center experience is desirable but not essential.
