Figure is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to lead its accounting operations. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for managing the accounting close process to meet public company timelines, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Key duties include implementing best practices, maintaining GAAP-compliant financial statements, preparing detailed fluctuation analyses, supporting SEC filings, leading financial audits, and overseeing routine activities such as accounts payable, payroll, and cash management. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing internal controls over financial reporting to satisfy SOX requirements.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, with CPA certification preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 7 years in a managerial or leadership role, is required. Experience in public companies and public accounting is strongly preferred, along with knowledge of NetSuite and ERP implementation. Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly in blockchain technology and lending operations, is advantageous. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX requirements, and project management skills are essential.

The compensation range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 per year, with a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly. The role also includes company equity in the form of RSUs.
