Corporate Operations Recruiter

As a Corporate Operations Recruiter at Axon, you will be an integral part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for experienced corporate candidates who align with our mission to Protect Life. This role is based in our Boston, MA Hub and follows a hybrid schedule, emphasizing in-person collaboration to foster meaningful teamwork and shared success.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage, developing strategic recruiting plans to meet current and future hiring needs, and utilizing various sourcing techniques to build robust candidate pipelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and inform decision-making, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and implementing effective diversity pipeline generation and engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and a genuine passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential. Additionally, excellent organizational skills and a customer service focus are critical for success in this role.
