Corporate Operations Recruiter
As a Corporate Operations Recruiter at Axon, you will be an integral part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for experienced corporate candidates. Axon is dedicated to protecting life through innovative devices and cloud software solutions, and we seek individuals who share our mission and drive for impactful work. This role is based at our Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule, emphasizing in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Friday, with remote work on Mondays.
In this position, you will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, for various business units. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, maintaining and analyzing recruitment data to inform decision-making, and utilizing platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse to build robust candidate pipelines. Additionally, you will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by proactively sourcing diverse talent and fostering an inclusive hiring process.
The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably combining agency and corporate environments. Experience in managing high-volume requisitions across exempt and non-exempt roles is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to influence others, and a genuine passion for DEI are critical. The role requires excellent organizational abilities and a customer service focus to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Axon offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $136,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave, and medical, dental, and vision plans.
