Creative Producer, Social
Mammoth Brands is seeking a Creative Producer to join the Harry's social team, focusing on developing engaging, social-first content that enhances the brand's online presence. This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Social and other team members to produce content that seamlessly integrates brand and product narratives with current cultural trends and creator collaborations.
Key responsibilities include briefing projects for both internal and external creative partners, producing high-quality short-form video and photo content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and translating cultural moments, product launches, and creator partnerships into compelling brand content. The role also involves partnering with internal teams to conceptualize and execute social campaigns, staying abreast of trends to keep Harry's at the forefront of social creativity, and managing external resources to create and scale content. Additionally, the Creative Producer will track and report on content performance, continually iterating to enhance storytelling and engagement.
The ideal candidate is a creative professional with 3–5 years of experience in social content creation, preferably within a brand or media company. They should possess a deep understanding of the cultures and subcultures on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, enabling them to effectively leverage trends and moments to engage the audience. Proficiency in producing, editing, and creating content swiftly is essential, as is the ability to balance creative storytelling with execution. Comfort with capturing content in various settings, from on-set to in-studio or on-location, is important. The candidate should be collaborative, open to experimentation, and comfortable using tools like Adobe Suite, CapCut, and basic design platforms such as Figma. Being at ease both behind and occasionally in front of the camera is also beneficial.
