CRM Product Owner, GTM
Block is seeking a CRM Product Owner to join its Go-To-Market Systems and Operations team, focusing on enhancing B2B business teams, including Afterpay and Square, across Sales, Professional Services, Account Management, and Partnerships. This role involves collaborating with leadership, strategy, operations, and peer product owners to define, build, and maintain roadmaps and features that align with the company's overall strategy. The position offers the opportunity to own solutions end-to-end, from problem definition to deployment, utilizing agentic coding tools.
Key responsibilities include translating Go-To-Market executive strategy into system and operational feature sets, proactively identifying opportunities to automate business and operational processes, and consulting with stakeholders to maximize the value of connected applications such as Salesforce and other sales technologies. The role also involves managing project intake, prioritization, and definition processes, leading requirements gathering sessions, and leveraging agentic coding tools to prototype and deploy solutions.
Candidates should have a BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant field, with over 8 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in building internal tools. A minimum of 5 years of enterprise experience using Salesforce or similar tools to develop business automations and solutions is required. Experience with agentic tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) for the end-to-end product management process is essential, along with a deep understanding of Go-To-Market systems and processes spanning Sales, Account Management, Services, and/or Partnerships. Familiarity with agile/SCRUM methodologies is also necessary.
The compensation for this role varies based on location, with U.S. locations categorized into four zones:
- Zone A: $171,800 - $236,200 USD
- Zone B: $159,800 - $219,700 USD
- Zone C: $151,200 - $207,900 USD
- Zone D: $142,600 - $196,000 USD
