PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of our company. This role is crucial in delivering superior customer service and educating clients about our financial products and services. The position is based at 30 N. Lake St., Aurora, IL 60506.

Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The role also involves maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, and resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution. Additionally, the representative will help maintain a neat and clean store environment and perform other duties as instructed by management.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. They should possess strong verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. A professional appearance and demeanor are essential, along with honesty and integrity. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance, and work in restrictive spaces while maintaining concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels.
