PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering superior service and educating them on our financial products and services. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent solutions to help customers manage their day-to-day financial needs.

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educate customers on our products and services, and ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing transactions, using our point-of-sale system, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, integrity, and flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
