PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering superior service and educating them on our financial products and services. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial solutions to meet our customers' day-to-day needs.

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educate customers on our products and services, and ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and helping to maintain a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor are required, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
