As a Customer Service Representative at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of our company. Your role is pivotal in delivering superior customer service and educating clients about our diverse financial products and services. PLS, a leading retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 centers across 12 states, offering convenient solutions to help customers manage their daily financial needs.

In this position, your key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, and using our point-of-sale system to process transactions. Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution and help maintain a neat and clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings. You should possess strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage comfortably with customers, and the capability to offer products and services based on customer needs. Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Honesty and integrity are paramount, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
