As a Customer Service Representative at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of our company. Your role is crucial in delivering superior customer service and educating clients about our diverse financial products and services. PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, operating over 200 centers across 12 states, committed to offering convenient and transparent solutions to meet our customers' financial needs.

In this position, your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, utilizing our point-of-sale system to process transactions, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager, and helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings. You should possess strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage comfortably with customers, and the capability to offer products and services based on customer needs. Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking abilities, a professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, and integrity are essential. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
