Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish Preferred
PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Milwaukee, WI location. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, and resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager as needed. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, along with honesty and integrity, are also important. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Fluency in English is necessary, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
