PLS is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at 1838 Nostrand Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11226. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS emphasizes People, Location, and Service, placing customers at the center of our operations. Our CSRs are the face of PLS, delivering superior customer service and educating clients on our products and services.

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educate customers on our products and services, and ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing transactions, using our point-of-sale system, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a professional appearance are essential. Candidates must be honest, have integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
