PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at 6470 S. 12th Avenue, Tucson, AZ. Our Customer Service Representatives serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the company's dedication to superior service.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Additional duties include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and helping to maintain a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
