Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) at PLS serve as the primary point of contact for customers, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service. CSRs play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation by delivering superior customer service and educating clients about available products and services.

In this role, CSRs are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on PLS products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. They follow company policies and procedures, maintain a balanced cash drawer, complete all transactions accurately, and use the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions. Additionally, CSRs resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution and help maintain a neat and clean store environment.

Candidates should have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. They must be comfortable engaging with customers, possess strong verbal communication skills, and have the ability to offer products and services based on customer needs. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, a professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, and integrity are essential. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. English fluency is mandatory, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
