Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of our company. PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, operating over 200 financial service centers across 12 states. Our mission is to offer consumers convenient and transparent financial products to manage their daily needs.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and completing transactions accurately while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring the store environment is neat and clean.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage comfortably with customers are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, along with honesty and integrity, are required. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. English fluency is required, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
