As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of our company. PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, operating over 200 financial service centers across 12 states. Our mission is to offer convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their daily financial needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business. Your daily tasks will include educating customers on our products and services, processing transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, you will handle cash transactions, balance your cash drawer, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, along with honesty and integrity, are required. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
