As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service. PLS, a leading retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to meet daily needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Your duties will include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and helping to maintain a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, integrity, and flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
