Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional service. PLS, a leading retail provider of financial services, operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their daily financial needs.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, and using our point-of-sale system to process transactions. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean store environment and resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Candidates must be honest, have integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
