Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of the company. PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, operating over 200 financial service centers across 12 states. Our mission is to offer convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their daily financial needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business. Your daily tasks will include educating customers about our products and services, processing transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, and resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager when necessary. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, along with honesty and integrity, are also required. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary. English fluency is required, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
