PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Charlotte, NC location. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their day-to-day financial needs. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of PLS, delivering superior service and educating customers on our products and services.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additional duties include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing all transactions, using our point-of-sale system to process transactions, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager, and helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and the ability to offer products and services based on customer needs are essential. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, a professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, and integrity are also required. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
