PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Cicero, IL location. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 centers across 12 states, offering convenient financial products to help customers manage their daily financial needs. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering superior service and educating them on our products and services.

In this role, the CSR will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Additional duties include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and helping to maintain a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers are essential. Candidates should be comfortable offering products and services based on customer needs and possess a professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
