Customer Service Representative

PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of our company. This role is integral to delivering superior customer service and educating clients about our diverse financial products and services. The position is based at our Arlington, TX location, contributing to our mission of providing convenient and transparent financial solutions.

Key responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations, following company policies and procedures, maintaining a balanced cash drawer, completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling, using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions, resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution, helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment, and performing other duties as instructed by management.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant settings. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers comfortably, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Candidates must be honest, possess integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
