Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at PLS, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, embodying the face of our company. PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services, operating over 200 financial service centers across 12 states. Our mission is to offer convenient and transparent financial products to help customers manage their daily financial needs.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, resolving customer complaints, and helping to maintain a clean store environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. A professional appearance and demeanor, honesty, integrity, and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are also required. English fluency is mandatory, and being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
