PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at 1107 S. WW White Road, San Antonio, TX. As a leading retail provider of financial services, PLS operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states, offering convenient products to help customers manage their daily financial needs. The CSR serves as the primary point of contact, delivering superior customer service and educating clients on our offerings.

In this role, the CSR is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business, educating customers on our products and services, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Additional duties include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, accurately completing transactions, utilizing our point-of-sale system, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant. Strong verbal communication skills, the ability to engage with customers, and a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Candidates must be honest, possess integrity, and be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
