Customer Service Representative
PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at 84 W. Fordham Rd., Bronx, NY 10468. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company, playing a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to ensure repeat business. Your daily tasks will include educating customers on our products and services, completing transactions accurately, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment and assist in resolving customer complaints.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurants. Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers are essential. Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. English fluency is mandatory, and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.
