Customer Success Coordinator
As a Customer Success Coordinator at Compass, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our Boca Raton office. This role involves managing office operations to ensure a seamless experience and upholding Compass's high standards. You will support a select group of clients by providing guidance on Compass's tools and programs, assisting with marketing requests, and more. Your passion for delivering exceptional service and collaborating with the agent experience team will be key to your success.
Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing mail distribution, organizing in-office events, and addressing office-related needs. You will directly manage a small portfolio of clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels. Additionally, you will facilitate the adoption of Compass technology by offering personalized support and collaborate with the National Onboarding team to integrate new clients. Providing basic marketing assistance and liaising with specialists for complex requests will also be part of your duties.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in real estate and familiarity with enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence are advantageous. Strong listening skills, empathy, and a passion for fostering community within the office are essential. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work during standard office hours. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
