As a Customer Success Engineer at Pave, you will become a product and compensation expert, responsible for onboarding and managing 30-40 customers simultaneously. Your role is to ensure that customers implement and derive value from Pave's products quickly, fostering a healthy, long-term relationship with the company. You will collaborate with the Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer success.

In this position, you will drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software, partnering closely with HR and Finance leaders to transform their compensation strategies while ensuring strong adoption and meaningful business outcomes. You will own end-to-end project management of customer implementations, creating detailed project plans, identifying risks early, and maintaining clear communication across multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions on time. Additionally, you will become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers, helping them leverage Pave's platform to solve complex compensation challenges and establish scalable processes for their organizations.

The ideal candidate has 3-10 years of experience as a customer-facing Customer Success Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Manager at a B2B SaaS company. Deep experience and knowledge of JSON, HTML, SQL, and working with API integrations are essential. Strong project management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset are crucial. The ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, work autonomously, and prioritize effectively is also important. A passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment and a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs are key attributes for success in this role.

Pave offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a targeted cash compensation range of $89,000 to $154,000, depending on experience and performance in the interview process.
