Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager at Compass, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our real estate agents, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform and services. This role is integral to our mission of revolutionizing the real estate industry by providing agents with the tools and support they need to succeed. You will be based in our Los Gatos, CA office, working closely with a dynamic team dedicated to agent success.
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, addressing their inquiries and issues through various communication channels. Your responsibilities include promoting the adoption of Compass technology by offering personalized support, strategic recommendations, and conducting group training sessions. Additionally, you will assist with marketing efforts by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists for more complex requests. Collaborating with the Onboarding team, you will strategize and execute plans to welcome new agents to Compass. You will also support ongoing projects such as new office openings and national initiatives, ensuring a consistent and high-quality agent experience.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in real estate is a plus, as is familiarity with live or virtual training and enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence. A passion for supporting agents in growing their businesses is essential, along with the ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers. Strong listening skills, empathy, and a commitment to fostering community within the office are highly valued. The role requires working on-site during standard operating hours.
The expected base pay for this position is $33.00 to $35.00 per hour. Final offers will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. Additional compensation elements, including bonuses, commissions, or equity grants, may be available, along with a comprehensive benefits program.
